I have been doing the Beautiful Houses post for a while now, and I am also a big fan of architecture. And although I browse architecture related sites looking for inspiring houses, every single day I get impressed with new architectural master pieces.
Today we will show you the beautiful W House in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, a project by IDIN Architects. W House has amazing materials, shapes and details. The glass walls allow natural light inside the house and also give the place a clean and elegant touch. The stairs are really modern and stylish, everything else in the house. Definitely a great place to live ;)
Description from the architects:The idea initiated by the owner’s favorite activity of traveling and kayaking. There was one picture of a boat sailing on the river that has inspired the designer. The river acts as a supporter for the boat. As a house, the function areas of living room, dining room, and service are supporters for the private areas of bedrooms. The bedrooms are like the boat which the river is supporting underneath for sailing. The idea was developed into the building orientation by maintaining the basic elements but completely reveal the story, functions and context.
