How to make images look old using photoshop

The first thing to do is select your image and open it in photoshop. 

Next, you can use the blur effect to blur out anything in the back ground that isn’t important to the picture. 

Next, I like to use the brush with the leaves effect in a light color, I used baby blue, to scatter across the picture.

Then, use the sponge tool with the desaturation option to drain the color away from the picture. This will make the picture black and white. 

Now your picture will look old.
