Whatever you want to do with your life, you need to believe in your capabilities before you can hope to maximise your performance.
I’m not talking about faking it before you make it, although that can have its place.
I’m talking about doing the work, developing your skills and practicing hard.
I’m talking about establishing a solid foundation upon which you can build confidence in your abilities.
And I’m talking about teaching yourself how to eliminate from your memory the negative statements that have been made over the years so that you can look in the mirror and feel good about yourself.
This may have been difficult for you to do in the past, but it’s time to believe in yourself.
You have a unique set of skills, experience and talents that are valuable and the world needs you performing at your best.
